Last month I received a project that needed to be done within 1 week. As aways, I was enthusiastic to do, and I managed to finish on time.
However, despite all information given to my client in KL, they wanted extra information which was not possible to obtain. There was a possibility that they would reject my work and not want to make payment on the work done. I got all upset and had some heated arguments back and forth. I was frustrated and didn’t know what to do, my mind was not peaceful, and I tried to do other things to occupy my mind from the disappointment.
Then God stopped me and told me to shalom. The first thing that popped in my head was the verse Matthew 18:20 (NET) “For where two or three are assembled in my name, I am there among them.”
I chatted in my Cell Group whatsapp, and asked for them to pray for me to have my problem solved. I didn’t think about how God would do it, but I was led to lay my petition to my CG. My Cell Group leader prayed for me, and the rest of the members agrees in prayer.
After that, I wanted to call the client back on the same day to know what their feedback was. Again God told me to just let His great miracle work and just shalom.
Two weeks later, all was good and they made the payment in full for my work! This was the fastest payment I have ever received from any client. Praise God! Jesus is definitely good, and I am deeply loved.
