I was born with mild Thalassemia.
But by God’s grace I enjoy divine health.
I suffer no pain, and don’t need blood transfusions.
Just 6 monthly doctor’s reviews and some supplements.
One day I discovered I suddenly couldn’t bite or chew. My gum couldn’t hold my teeth in place.
I consulted Dr Michael Heng an experienced & respectable dentist.
He told me there’s a very deep cavity in my gum.
There’s only one gum specialist in KK, she’s Dr Ong at Luyang specialist centre. She can clean & patchup my cavity but it may “recur”.
Since it may recur, I stopped seeing doctors.
I told my family & we prayed both together & individually but nothing changed.
For more than 8 months I was on blended food like a baby, I was frustrated and desperate until I told the Lord “Lord if this is the way You want me to live the rest of my life; I submit to Your will.” I even stopped praying.
Our church was then at Sutera Harbour and there’s Rhema Fest.
It was the last day of the Fest on a Saturday afternoon. The instructor was Rev Andrew Tanako. I was tired and intended to leave latest by 4.30pm. BUT just before I stepped out of the sanctuary, I heard Rev Andrew yell out “gum problems!” ×2, the Holy Spirit is very specific!
I turned around immediately, dumped my bag on a chair, raised up my hand and ran towards him.
He asked me “gum problems?”, I said “yes”.
He came down and prayed for me.
I was slain lying on the floor for 5/10/15 min? I still don’t know?
While lying there, the love of God just enveloped me.
I went home filled with joy.
At dinner time, I took out an almond and cautiously try to bite it.
It’s unbelievable I could eat it. I was healed from that day onwards untill now.
Hallelujah! Glory to God!
Jesus Christ is our Healer!
Our Greatest & Eternal Physician!
Yesterday, today, forever Jesus is the same!
