Leadership is influence. To impact people, we need to influence them. In this course, we will learn the biblical model of leadership and how to apply it into our lives to bring lasting impact to others.
About the Speaker
Rev Joy Mercy hails from India where she is also director of a local Rhema campus. She worked as a global auditor and accountant of a multinational in Singapore and has also served as a board member of Rhema Singapore. She currently pastors Grace Revelation Church in India.
Course Description:
This course is designed to acquaint the students with the importance of leadership. The students will be taught the core competencies of a leader and what is required of a leader in order to carry out the mandate that God has given each leader, be it in marketplace or in ministry. This course is targeting mainly the area of growing and building a leader. It will also touch on the subject of team building.
Course Objectives:
Upon completion of this course, students are expected to:
- Learn what is required of a leader.
- Understand what it means to be called into a leadership position.
- Learn to develop the core competencies of a leader.
- Come to understand the importance of team work and communicating with teams.
