WHAT IS ALPHA ONLINE?
Alpha Online is a series of online sessions exploring the Christian faith. Each session explores a different question about faith and is designed to create conversations. Alpha Online is run all around the globe, and everyone is welcome. Here's how it works.
CONNECT
First impressions can be fun yet intimidating, but we can assure you that Alpha Online is easy and casual. During this time of social distancing, you will be invited to join an online session. And each session kicks off with a chance to meet new people and connect over a video chat!
WATCH AN EPISODE
After a short get-together, we watch an Alpha Episode. These Alpha episodes are designed to engage and inspire conversations. The videos explore the big issues around faith and unpack the basics of Christianity, addressing questions such as: Who is Jesus? How can we have faith? And how does God guide us?
SHARE FREELY
Finally, a chance to share thoughts and opinions on the topic, and simply discuss it in a small group. You can choose to just observe and listen, say your thoughts or not… either way it is entirely up to you. It is an opportunity to hear from others and speak your mind in a fun, casual and non-judgemental environment.
