Leadership is influence, and to impact people, we need to influence them. Learn the biblical model of leadership at this course!
Course Description:
This course is designed to acquaint the students with the importance of leadership. The students will be taught the core competencies of a leader and what is required of a leader in order to carry out the mandate that God has given each leader, be it in marketplace or in ministry. This course is targeting mainly the area of growing and building a leader. It will also touch on the subject of team building.
Course Objectives:
Upon completion of this course, students will understand:
1. Learn what is required of a leader.
2. Understand what it means to be called into a leadership position.
3. Learn to develop the core competencies of a leader.
4. Come to understand the importance of team work and communicating with teams.
